StartUp Health community member Justin Ayars of EqualityMD is expanding his mission from direct-to-consumer care to an employer-focused model designed to lower costs, close data gaps, and rebuild trust in healthcare. By combining culturally competent virtual care, insurance-free access, in-house pharmacies, and AI-powered insights, EqualityMD is working to reduce care avoidance, increase access to patient-centric care, and reshape how Americans experience health and wellness.
