Devoted Health (Waltham, MA) announced on Oct 1 that it closed on $555M of Series G primary funding as part of a $1.18B primary and secondary financing. Advent led the round and Temasek co-led. Also joining were The Space Between (independently and alongside Centricus), GIC, Franklin Templeton, Generation, VZVC, Emerson Collective, Premji Invest, and Andreessen Horowitz. The same investors committed $622M for a shareholder tender offer expected to close later in the fourth quarter. Co-founded by Ed and Todd Park, Devoted is an integrated healthcare company currently operating in Medicare Advantage. It combines its own technology and AI platform, Devoted Medical clinical services, Devoted health plans, and dedicated service Guides. Membership grew from 212,000 in December 2025 to 538,000 as of September 2026. In 2027, Devoted will serve Medicare beneficiaries in 1,341 counties across 34 states. <source>

Vitalize (San Francisco, CA) raised $31M in a Series A round led by Oak HC/FT. Norwest, .406 Ventures, Constellation Ventures, Y Combinator, Rock Health Capital, and MemorialCare Innovation Fund participated. Vitalize, led by co-founders Veeraj Shah and Sanketh Andhavarapu, is an AI-native platform that helps hospitals and health systems manage labor and capacity in real time. It automates staffing, scheduling, and capacity planning on top of existing EMR and time-and-payroll systems. St. Luke's Health reported a 54% reduction in premium labor spend within 12 weeks of using it. <source>

🇫🇷 Vocca (Paris, France, and New York, NY) raised $20M in a round led by Norrsken VC, with participation from Heal Capital, Speedinvest, and Firstminute Capital. Its AI voice and text agents answer patient calls, book and reschedule appointments, and send reminders for medical practices. <source>

🇺🇸 Parakeet Health (San Francisco, CA) raised $10M in a round led by Canvas Ventures, with participation from Blank Space Ventures, StoryHouse Ventures, and HMC INQ. Its conversational AI platform automates patient access work, including inbound calls, outreach, fax referrals, and scheduling. <source>

🇬🇧 InTouchNow (Borehamwood, UK) raised £2.3M (~$3.1M) in a round led by Ada Ventures, with participation from Exceptional Ventures and Kadmos Capital. Its AI voice agent handles inbound patient calls for GP practices. <source>

🇺🇸 Bairitone Health (Houston, TX) raised $2.4M in a round led by Golden Seeds, with participation from South Loop Ventures, MALIAM, and Impact Invest Her. The company develops technology, including a facial patch, to identify the root cause of obstructive sleep apnea. <source>

🇮🇳 CureMeAbroad (Pune, India) raised $1.1M in a round led by SteerX Ventures, with participation from AIRA. Its platform helps patients discover, verify, and book treatment at vetted hospitals abroad. <source>

🇺🇸 MoneyStack (Pittsburgh, PA) raised $1M in a round led by Cistern Capital, with participation from the American Heart Association Social Impact Funds, O'Shaughnessy Ventures, Sidecut Ventures, and Gaingels. 🇮🇳 Prodoc AI (Bengaluru, India) raised an undisclosed amount in a round led by the Dr. A. Velumani Family Office. Its intelligence layer connects hospital systems and uses AI agents to automate patient journey workflows. <source>
