StartUp Health community member Devoted Health, an all-in-one healthcare company redefining how healthcare is experienced and delivered, announced that it has closed on $366M of equity funding, in two tranches: a Series F round of $48M completed in November of 2025 and a Series F-Prime financing of $317M completed in January of 2026. The funding rounds were led by Devoted’s longstanding partners at The Space Between (TSB), in partnership with Centricus, and with participation from new and existing investors. Devoted Health has grown to serve over 466,000 members as of January 2026, a year-over-year increase of 12%, across 29 states. <source>

Galux, a Seoul, South Korea-based biotech startup developing AI-driven protein therapeutics design for drug discovery, raised $29M (KRW 42B) from InterVest, DAYLI Partners, PATHWAY Investment, Yuanta Investment, Korea Development Bank (KDB), SL Investment, NCORE Ventures, SneakPeek Investments, Korea Investment & Securities, and Mirae Asset Securities. <source>
Atlas Oncology Partners, a Nashville, TN-based oncology enablement platform dedicated to delivering uplifting and responsive cancer care, raised $28M led by Flare Capital Partners, with participation from Rubicon Founders. <source>
Dawn Health, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based digital health company that partners with pharmaceutical companies to co-create and scale regulated digital solutions that support patient care and real-world use, raised $25.5M (€21.5M) from Cipio Partners, Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker (CAF), the Export and Investment Fund of Denmark (EIFO), and Trifork. <source>
Big Health, a San Francisco, CA-based developer of digital treatments for the most pervasive mental health conditions, raised $23.7M co-led by .406 Ventures and AlleyCorp, with participation from CVS Health Ventures, Blue Venture Fund, Sandbox Clinical Ventures, Gilde Healthcare, and Supermoon Capital. <source>

Take2, a New York, NY-based provider of an AI agents platform purpose-built for healthcare recruiting, raised $14M led by Human Capital, with participation from Bertelsmann Healthcare Investments, Reach Capital, SemperVirens VC, and Honeystone Ventures. <source>
