Using the story of Gloria, a 72-year-old patient cycling through the ED for uncontrolled diabetes rooted in food insecurity, Cook showed how Alvee identifies non-clinical risks, connects patients to resources like SNAP with a single click, and closes the loop back to the care team. The platform's impact on unrealized reimbursements at Mayo Clinic points to a rare thing in health tech: a model that's sustainable for patients and profitable for partners.

Alvee is now seeking provider, payer, and public health partners, including a New York City-based pilot tied to a CUNY grant opportunity.
