Pearl Health, a New York, NY-based provider of Medicare-focused health technology, raised $110M combined financing – $50M in Series C equity funding led by Andreessen Horowitz, with participation from Viking Global Investors, AlleyCorp, and Ulysses Capital, plus $60M in debt facility. <source>

TJM Labs, a Wilmington, DE-based provider of a pharmacy AI platform, raised $75M in Series B funding led by Elephant, with participation from Arthur Ventures and Updata Partners. <source>

Leo Cancer Care, a Middleton, WI- and London, UK-based medical technology company developing an integrated upright cancer imaging and treatment platform, raised $65M in Series D funding led by Yu Galaxy, with participation from Eventide Asset Management and existing investors. <source>

Drug Farm, a New York, NY- and Shanghai, China-based biotechnology company developing novel drug targets through an AI-integrated discovery platform, raised $55M in the first close of its Series D funding, led by Shanghai Pudong Leading Area Investment Center and Shanghai Puxing Collaborative Private Equity Fund Partnership Enterprise, with participation from Tukar Capital, Fuzhou Xinhe Fund, Shenzhen Luohu Donghai Chempartner Investment Fund, Keyuan Pharma, and existing investors. <source>

Sage, a New York, NY-based provider of an integrated care platform for senior living and skilled nursing, raised $35M in a debt facility from Stifel Bank, bringing its total 2026 funding to $100M. <source>

Klinic, a Frisco, TX-based developer of a digital provider-enablement and practice-in-a-box healthcare platform, raised $24M in Series A equity funding from Proofpoint Capital, I2BF Global Ventures, Tau Ventures, Upstream Ventures, Draper Associates, and Wicklow Capital. <source>
